6 pools at the towers. In the cooler off season, 2 of the pools are covered and heated.

10 hot tubs in various areas on the property, 2 of them are covered and heated in the cooler off season.
Fire Pit area
Loggerhead Beach playground which has slides, a mini rock wall, table tennis, picnic tables and chairs (located behind South Tower parking garage).

Motorcycles and golf carts are not permitted on property from May 1-August 31.
Security deposit of $200.00 is required prior to arrival

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellations 30+ days before arrival: 50% of down payment refunded. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 30 days of the arrival, forfeit all monies paid unless the condo is rebooked for the same rental dates & rate. If the property is rebooked for the rental dates (partially or fully), a refund will be issued for the rate that we were able to rebook the property for at the last minute, minus a $100 cancellation fee. Within 30 days: refund (partially or fully) only if condo is rebooked.
Hurricane refunds: applies during mandatory evacuation orders given for the area that the property is located in. Refunds will be given on any unused portion of rent from the date the evacuation order is lifted. No refunds will be given outside of the evacuation order dates

This was a great last minute stay, I do say the fact that toiletries aren't provided definitely made the vehicle more packed. Also definitely would have loved washer and dryer but community one worked. Overall I think we were satisfied with this room and management, we love seawatch resort as a whole. I do wish all resorts/rooms would update tv's to at least have Roku or etc to watch your shows in the evenings.

Once we got into the room the stay was great. We were there at 4 check in time and the room was not ready.

We knew it would be small. It was very convenient to lug in suitcases and groceries. We could easily dispose of our trash. We really enjoyed the ocean view and balcony and enjoyed the afternoon sun. I did however go out and buy a small table for the balcony for drinks and snacks. Parking was very easy and always available.
