Fantastic Views from this Oceanfront 2 BR Condo with large balcony! Located in the South Tower, Fourth Floor #409
We also have two other Oceanfront Condos with wrap around balconies- VRBO #1587821 and VRBO #316280.
Newly remodeled condo with granite and new cabinets. There is a 55” flat panel TV on the wall in the living room and 32' flat panel TV's in the bedrooms. There are also 2 queen beds in the 2nd bedroom (instead of 2 doubles).
We have beautiful 18" tile throughout the condo with luxury vinyl planks in and the bedrooms.
Seawatch is a wonderful Oceanfront resort located in the Arcadian section of Myrtle Beach, SC. The resort has 5 outdoor pools, 2 Indoor pools, 1 indoor children’s pool, 2 Lazy Rivers, 11 Whirlpools. There is also an on site restaurant, Captain’s Cove which has a fantastic southern breakfast buffet.
There is a work-out room in the North Tower.
Located only minutes from the Tanger Outlets, Myrtle Beach Mall, Myrtle Beach's famed Restaurant Row and more, Sea Watch is set conveniently among Myrtle Beach, South Carolina's most popular attractions.
This is also a great resort in the winter…golf, shopping, shows, indoor pools and hot tubs to enjoy! Also, a variety of daily activities offered to kids and adults. Bingo is always a favorite!
The condo sleeps 8: Master with king bed, second bedroom with 2 queen beds and a sleeper sofa in the living room. There is a full kitchen and washer and dryer.
There is free wireless internet in the unit. The password will be provided.
All linens and towels are included in the price.
$100 refundable security deposit will be due. Certain weeks require more.
I must receive a copy of driver’s license and signed rental agreement.
NO smoking in unit or balcony, NO Pets or animals, NO renter under the age of 25.
Motorcycles and Trailers will not be permitted on resort property between May 1st and September 30th.

Everything was perfect---clean, comfortable, in an excellent & very convenient location. The view was wonderful! The host did everything to make our stay enjoyable. We had a great time and will return!

Condo was great! Very clean, beautiful view, loved being able to see the beach from the couch or the balcony. Loved having all the pools and hot tubs. Mary was wonderful to work with. Great condo and great host. Would definitely stay again!
