Welcome to Mimi’s Place!
This oceanfront corner unit features a wrap-around balcony on the 10th Floor of the South Tower.
For those that need to stay connected, we have free high-speed WiFi,
The master bath has travertine floor and custom tile Kohler spa shower with 3 body sprays, front & rear shower heads, overhead rainfall and jet spray with digitally controlled temperature and massage settings.
Located in a family section of the Grand Strand, this 3 Bedroom condo has been meticulously maintained and has many upgrades including hardwood/tile floors, granite countertops and custom made furniture.
Spectacular ocean front views from the large wrap around balcony with high-end furniture offers the perfect location for a relaxing cup of coffee in the morning as you watch the sun rise over the beautiful Atlantic Ocean.
Seawatch takes great pride in keeping the resort in tip-top shape from the beautiful manicured grounds to new carpet & paint in the common areas and brand new pool decks.
There are a total of 7 pools, 5 outdoor, 2 indoor. 12 hot tubs and 2 lazy rivers. All pools are heated fall - spring. There is an oceanfront restaurant, an ice cream store and gift shop also located inside the resort.
There is more than enough room for the family and friends. The ocean front master has a king bed, large picture window and access to the ocean front balcony. You won't find any full/double beds here, they are all King or Queens! The 2nd bedroom has 2 queen beds and an ocean view. The 3rd bedroom is a queen. All bedrooms have flat screen HDTV's installed.
The kitchen is a great place for the family to gather to work or watch. There is plenty of counter top to prepare meals and the kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need. High end stainless appliances, tile floors & kitchen/bathroom cabinets.
The family room has 2 recliners, 2 chairs and a leather sofa which is a pullout queen sleeper. There is a 51' HD flat screen!
The unit has a stackable washer/dryer for your convenience.

One of the nicest condos I’ve ever stayed in, you can tell these owners are there often to ensure everything stays in excellent condition. Very well stocked kitchen, could not have asked for anything more. Seawatch has incredible pools all heated and the amenities are top notch. The owners shower is SO FANCY. We will absolutely be coming back next year. Many thanks!

Mimi’s Place was phenomenal!! Everything was spotless, condo completely equipped with anything you’d possibly need and more. The hosts responded to any questions quickly. Check in and check out was a breeze. The view was absolutely beautiful!! Directly on the beach and a wrap around balcony that lights up at night. Our future trips to Myrtle Beach will depend on the availability of Mimi’s Place because that is the only place we will get in the future. 100% above satisfactory.

Excellent communication with host and smooth check in and check out. We enjoyed our stay at this comfortable home away from home with beautiful views of the ocean and sunrise from the balcony! We even saw dolphins!!

The condo was very clean upon arrival. Additionally, the unit is beautifully decorated and has a wonderful view. We enjoyed our stay very much!
