About this apartment rental
This stylish one-bedroom condo is located on the 12th floor in the North Tower. You’ll love the beautiful ocean view that this tower provides! This condo has been renovated 1-2025 with all-new style furnishings, flooring, paint, and decor for all the comforts of home. The living area has endless oceanfront views. The sofa pulls out to a Queen-size (memory foam) bed.
The balcony looks out to the Atlantic Ocean direct ocean front.

At Seawatch, the parking garage is on the same side of the street unlike many resorts in the area! Please note that golf carts and trailers are NOT allowed on the property by Seawatch. Motorcycles are allowed from September 1 to April 30.
A parking pass will need to be displayed in your mirror once gathered from the unit.
There are plenty of luggage carts available. Please return to the designated areas after use.
Seawatch Resort boasts:
6 pools (2 of which become enclosed from November to April to continue enjoying during the cooler temps)
10 hot tubs,
2 lazy rivers!

The room is located in Seawatch resort, which has well kept ammenities and lovely beachfront access. Having coffee (kcups provided) on our oceanfront balcony was the perfect way to start the day. Everything about our four-day stay was perfect. Would stay again.

Small unit but nice. Exceptional view right on the beach. Excellent walking in both directions without the big crowds.

We stay 1 month for golf and beach. The place was too small for this long stay. The room is ok, but the kitchen is so small and not so well equip. Oven is too old. The worse is that there is no table with chair. Only a kind of counter with two bench. I didn't realize that on pictures. However the place is very clean and I would stay there for a week or a long week end
