About this apartment rental
Our Sea Watch Condo is an OCEANFRONT, two bedroom, two bath, corner condo on the seventh floor in the new part of the South Tower at the fabulous and much desired Sea Watch Resort.
The condo has gone through extensive renovations during 2018 throughout. We know that you'll enjoy our completely renewed bedrooms and family room.

Begin the day by sipping coffee on our large oceanfront Wrap-Around Balcony, while watching a spectacular sunrise over the sparkling blue Atlantic! There's a tremendous view of the beach and ocean from two windows and double patio doors in the living room. There is also a great view of the ocean, beach and pools from the double patio doors and window in the master bedroom.
We purchased our Sea Watch condo after waiting months for a premium, two bedroom condo to come up for sale at Sea Watch! This Sea Watch condo is one of the larger, two bedroom condos at SeaWatch Resort, and has an excellent floorplan... Plenty of room for the family.
There is a King-Sized bed in the Master Bedroom with a comfortable mattress set, and two double beds in the second bedroom. In the large Living Room, there is a queen sofabed. Ceramic tile in the Kitchen, foyer/hall, and bathrooms. Balcony access from both the Living Room and the Master Bedroom.
The condo has everything you could possibly need, but no extra owner items are stored in the condo. We want you to feel like this Sea Watch condo YOUR very own vacation home! Many of our guests return year after year.
Sea Watch Resort offers an abundance of outstanding amenities (pools, lazy rivers, restaurant, coffee & ice cream shop, tiki bar, small convenience store & more..) and is located on the most breathtaking stretch of white sandy beach on the entire Grand Strand. The resort covers ten acres, and is centrally located on the border of Myrtle Beach and North Myrtle Beach, a superb location. The resort is kept in pristine condition and is lushly landscaped. Sea Watch security is unsurpassed; you will have wristbands to use the amenities.
Sea Watch is a great family resort and attracts guests of all ages. If you are awake in the wee hours of the morning, you will see the workers cleaning all the pools and jacuzzis and washing down chairs, poolsides, and amenities. I feel very comfortable telling you that there is no better resort on the Grand Strand than SeaWatch!
There are two indoor pools and several indoor jacuzzis for you to enjoy during the winter months. Outdoor pools are heated during winter. During the summer months, there are five outdoor pools, two lazy rivers and twelve jacuzzis. Wireless internet access is free inside the condo and throughout the resort.
You will fall in love with Sea Watch Resort and our wonderful condo.... You will want to return year after year! The rates are significantly discounted, and include linens, departure cleaning, covered parking, wireless internet, local phone calls & use of Sea Watch amenities.

Family of 7 and we enjoyed this place so much! The view of the ocean was absolutely stunning. Very easy access to the parking garage, elevators, pools and beach. If you do have a larger family I would suggest bringing a bigger pot to cook in. All in all this place was great. The host was very responsive and very nice. I would definitely stay here again.

Had an issue with the main TV but the problem was addressed quickly by the contact person. We had ample bath towels furnished but not enough hand towels or washcloths. I washed them in the washer twice to offset this problem. Also the quality wasn’t as nice as other condos we’ve rented at SeaWatch. Excessive amount of lint located underneath the beds. Utility door to the washer/dryer barely opened wide enough to get to the machines. I would consider staying here again but it just wasn’t as nice as our previous rentals.

We've stayed here before and will continue to stay here. The condo could certainly use some updates. The title really does need to be changed. Updates in a rental do not last long because they get used so hard.The showers, sinks and toilets were all very clean. We've stayed through Sea Watch on several occasions and to be honest you just don't know what you're gonna get. Some rooms are OK and others are just gross. We like this condo because we know it's clean and the owner always gets back to us if we need anything! The only reason I gave a 4 is because it really does need updating. But for the price it's a great deal!

The hosts were very accommodating as we booked last minute and got the dates we needed within two days of check in. They texted us to let us know it would be ready. We appreciated that. Check in would have been pretty smooth except that we were told per our instructions to go to the resort’s registration desk to get parking passes upon arrival. This was not the process at all and the front desk staff had no clue what we were talking about. Finally after a few minutes a manager came out to tell us the passes were already in the condo. The instructions need updated.
Overall impression of the condo-clean but worn, and the ocean view was less than expected. The ad for the condo said it was newly renovated. That’s an over statement in our opinion. Somewhat updated maybe, but the fluorescent lights in the bathrooms needed replaced or at a minimum covers; and there was a permanent dirty odor that never left the entire length of our stay. The old carpet in the front bedroom and all rugs definitely need replaced and are probably the source of the foul odor.
the ocean view was our biggest disappointment of this condo. from the sliding glass door in the living area it is limited to the short span of sand and water that is between two very closely placed building towers and the windows of these units essentially face thlimited oceanfront at best.
