This is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, ocean view condo at South Hampton inside Kingston Plantation. Gaze at the ocean while you enjoy our totally renovated condo with updated kitchen, appliances, furniture, bathrooms, floors, & more. Unit sleeps 8 with 1 king, 2 queens and a sleeper sofa.
Kingston Plantation, Myrtle Beach’s premier 145 acre oceanfront community offers one –half mile of wide-white sand beaches, 23 acres of fresh water natural lakes that are surrounded by meticulously preserved mature trees and pristinely manicured grounds. Kingston Plantation is a gated community. South Hampton features 2 oceanfront pools and the Kingston Plantation has a 50,000 sq. ft. Sport and Health Facility with nine tennis courts (optional daily charge or weekly charge, per person for usage), fishing in the fresh water lakes and walking paths around the Plantation that you’ll enjoy at any hour of the day!
Kingston Plantation is centrally located within Myrtle Beach and is a short distance to grocery stores, malls, outlet shopping (1/2 mile), the attractions of both Barefoot Landing and Broadway at the Beach and all the other activities on the beach.
The South Hampton oceanfront high-rise is located next to the Embassy Suites Hotel. Take a short walk over the footbridge to the Embassy and you’ll find two restaurants, Starbuck’s Coffee and gift/convenience shops.

The ac had an AC water leak. We call and it was corrected in a timely manner. We were running late due to a prior commitment, and they permitted our son to sign in and pick up the keys.

We always arrive before lunch on the check in day and just go straight to the resort and hang out on the beach until the room is ready. When we have rented from other people in the same building in the previous years they gave a code to the door or use the lockbox outside the door and they would email the code to us at 4:00 or when the room was ready but with this condo we had to drive back up to North Myrtle Beach at 4 to get the key; it would have been nice if this condo would have done the same way like previous years.

While the condo was in a nice location and had everything needed, it was not very clean. While one or two small things would have been forgivable, there were so many items that were not clean. There was a stain on the couch, an old water bottle on the balcony, a floss pick on the bedroom floor, a potato chip on the guest bedroom chair, floor mats in the clothes washer, and the bathroom vent didn't work. The cherry on top was the extremely dirty floors. If you were not wearing shoes, the bottom of your feet would be black after walking around. The condo just needs a deep cleaning and it would be wonderful. The beds were comfortable and was great for a girls' trip.
