Nice clean house with small garden and excellent deck with awning. Well supplied with kid's toys/books/games. Several bicycles really useful. Close to shops 10 mins walk to bay or 10 mins drive to Atlantic beach. Double check check-out time. One shower u/s throughout visit. Owner responded quickly to messages through app. 2 portable ac units really useful when temperature reached 39C.
