About this house rental
House of 170 m2 in the heart of the peninsula of Cap Ferret near the Pointe aux Chevaux in the village of Piquey.
House ideally located on the peninsula, 5 min walk from the beaches of the Arcachon basin and 200 m from the road to the ocean beaches.
Close to all types of shops and oyster huts. Multiple activities nearby (equestrian center, Padel, tennis, golf, sailing and surfing school, forest, cycle path, water skiing).
Fully equipped family house:
It has 5 bedrooms, 3 of which have a double bed and 2 with 6 single beds.
A first floor for adults with:
3 bedrooms with double bed.
1 bathroom with a shower and 1 sink.
1 living room including a multi-equipped kitchen, dining room and living room.
A children's floor:
2 bedrooms with 3 single beds
1 landing games room, TV room
1 large bathroom with a bathtub and 2 sinks.
A sunny and sheltered terrace in a quiet area with sunbathing, outdoor kitchen, barbecue, plancha.
1 hot water shower, outdoor cold water perfect for summer.
Ping-pong and many outdoor games.
7 adult and child bicycles are available free of charge as they are after agreement with the owner.
The house is well insulated for the summer heat, however we provide:
2 mobile air conditioners to cool the rooms if necessary in summer.
FIBRE WiFI Internet and TV, CANAL +
Board games, playing cards and many books and comics.
Baby-Cook, Chair and cot available.
To allow us to prepare the house for you: Different arrival/departure times in weekend rental (evening departure possible) and holidays (Saturday).
A cleaning service is requested, including 4 hours of cleaning at the end of the stay, dry cleaning for bed linen and towels.

Nice clean house with small garden and excellent deck with awning. Well supplied with kid's toys/books/games. Several bicycles really useful. Close to shops 10 mins walk to bay or 10 mins drive to Atlantic beach. Double check check-out time. One shower u/s throughout visit. Owner responded quickly to messages through app. 2 portable ac units really useful when temperature reached 39C.
