Family house of 5 bedrooms for 10 people (12 possible with extra cost) on fully enclosed grounds, 5 minutes walk from the shops, 15 km from the Dune of Pilat and Arcachon. The oyster port of Larros with its oyster huts, bars, restaurants and beach is 2 steps away. Hypermarket 5 minutes by car.
The house is close to Gujan train station and next to a cycle path. The port of La Hume and the Teich ornithological park are accessible in 15 minutes by bike.
Petanque court next to the terrace. Secure parking for 3 cars.
Billiards, arcade machine, books and games for children. Equipped kitchen with American fridge. Large BB gas (plancha) and charcoal. 2 terraces, one of which has a garden table for 10/12 people under the fig trees, parasol, sunbathing.
For children and teenagers: water park, tennis, mini golf, bowling, tree climbing, karaoke ...
Accommodation
House with 5 bedrooms, 2 of which are adjoining (with 90 x 190 beds). Two other bedrooms have 140 x 190 beds. The last bedroom has a 160 x 190 bed, with shower and washbasin.
Laundry (sheets, duvet cover, pillowcases and towels) is optional at an extra cost (20 eur/set and 5 eur/towel). Shower mats, hand towels and dishcloths are provided.
Air conditioning with split is installed in 2 bedrooms; the other rooms have large pedestal fans.
Parties not allowed, for the respect of the neighbours.
