About this villa rental
Villa Bermudas is a charming holiday home, perfect for families or groups of friends seeking comfort and tranquillity, just a few minutes from the best beaches in the Algarve.
The spacious living and dining room offers a welcoming environment, with comfortable sofas, TV with national and international channels and direct access to the outside.
The dwelling has four bedrooms and four bathrooms. One of the bedrooms with a double bed is en suite with a bathtub and there is a bedroom with two single beds that is en suite with a shower. The remaining bedrooms have two single beds each and access to additional bathrooms with a shower. All bedrooms include air conditioning and built-in wardrobes.
The kitchen is fully equipped, ideal for preparing meals at home, with direct access to the outdoor area.
On the outside, the property invites relaxation, with a private swimming pool (heated for an additional cost) and a perfect BBQ area for outdoor meals with family and friends.
Located in the peaceful Quinta da Balaia area, just a 5-minute drive from Albufeira, Praia da Oura and Olhos de Água, this villa offers the perfect balance between relaxation and proximity to restaurants, shops and golf courses.
The moving day for this property is on Saturday (however, there may be flexibility during low season).
If your flights are already booked or if your dates are fixed and do not coincide with the property's usual moving day, we ask that you send us an information request before making a reservation, to confirm whether the dates can be accepted.
This property is self-catered. For greater convenience, food hampers can be booked in advance (additional cost).
Pool heating is always an added value for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. With pool heating activated, the water temperature will always be between 5°C and 8°C above what it would be without heating.
Hiring a car is not essential for your stay, given the property's location. Nevertheless, should you be interested, we would be delighted to help with the booking. We can also arrange transfers, should you require them.

The property completely exceeded our expectations. Having four bedrooms and four bathrooms (especially the en suites) gave our group plenty of privacy and space. The living area is very cosy and large enough for everyone to relax comfortably. The air conditioning in all the bedrooms was brilliant during the warm nights.

We loved the house, and the outdoor spaces were absolutely fantastic. The private pool was a massive hit with the children, and the barbecue area was perfect for our lovely evening meals outside. The villa is incredibly spacious, and being just a short drive from Albufeira and the beach made it the perfect base for our summer holiday.

An absolute gem of a house. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need to prepare meals at home, with direct access straight out to the garden. The neighbourhood is incredibly quiet and peaceful, yet so close to lovely beaches like Praia da Oura.

We had an amazing time here. The villa has plenty of space so everyone had their own privacy, and the communal living room and outdoor areas are brilliant for socialising altogether. Being close to golf courses and shops was an added bonus. The layout is just perfect.
