Villa Pinecliffs is a beautiful and spacious 6-bedroom luxury villa ideally located beside the prestigious Pine Cliffs Resort in the sought-after Falesia area of Albufeira. This elegant villa offers the perfect combination of privacy, tranquillity, and convenience, making it ideal for families or groups looking to enjoy the Algarve in comfort and style.
Situated in a quiet residential corner plot on a no-through road, the villa enjoys a peaceful setting surrounded by mature gardens and greenery while still being within easy walking distance of restaurants, bars, and the world-class amenities of the Pine Cliffs Resort and Golf Club.
One of the villa’s biggest attractions is its proximity to the spectacular Praia da Falésia, widely regarded as one of the most beautiful beaches in Portugal. The beach is just a short walk away and stretches for miles along the Algarve coastline. Guests can enjoy long scenic walks along the golden sand all the way towards Vilamoura Marina, passing dramatic red cliffs and stunning ocean views along the way.

Interior
Entering the villa through a solid wooden entrance door, you step into a bright and welcoming home finished with beautiful marble floors and air conditioning throughout.
The spacious living room is located to the left and features three large leather sofas, a coffee table, and a SMART TV with satellite channels, creating a comfortable space to relax after a day at the beach or by the pool. Large sliding glass doors open directly onto the terrace, pool, and garden area, allowing natural light to fill the room and creating a seamless indoor-outdoor living experience.
The open-plan dining area, located beside the living room, also overlooks the pool through large glass doors and provides a wonderful space for shared meals with family and friends.
The villa’s large fully fitted kitchen sits beside the dining area and enjoys views over the private pool. It is equipped with modern integrated appliances including a dishwasher, fridge-freezer, electric hob and oven, along with granite worktops and solid oak self-closing cabinets. A breakfast bar and breakfast table provide additional casual dining space.

For added peace of mind, all windows and doors are fitted with shutters or security bars.

The private swimming pool sits on the right-hand side of the property and enjoys a south-to-north orientation, allowing guests to enjoy sunshine throughout the day. 5 Stars – Absolutely Perfect Stay!We had the most incredible time at this villa! I booked it for my sister’s hen do, and with 10 of us staying, it was absolutely perfect in every way.First off, the villa is even more stunning and bigger in person than it looks in the listing! It’s spacious, beautifully maintained, and the pool area was a dream. We never felt cramped, and it had everything we needed for a relaxing, fun-filled trip.The location is stunning and ideal – just a few minutes' walk to a local supermarket, bars and restaurants, which made everything super convenient. But the real standout was our host, Jim. From the moment I booked, his communication was exceptional. He was always quick to respond and genuinely helpful. He provided loads of useful information before we arrived, including local taxi numbers (with English-speaking options!) and detailed airport shuttle arrangements. Jim even sent a photo of the airport pick-up point and coordinated the return shuttle from the villa on our last day – it made everything so stress-free.I also organised day trips through activity companies and their pick up option was outside one of the restaurants down the road which was just perfect. Taxis into Vilamoura and Albufeira were cheap too. This was such a special trip and Jim and his villa played a huge part in that. I couldn’t recommend this place more – whether you’re planning a group getaway or a family holiday, you’ll be in excellent hands. Thank you, Jim!

I think many of the previous reviews come from single gender or all adult groups ? Our taxi driver transfer driver confirmed our opinion. Our biggest disappointment was not being able to heat the lovely pool.. It was far too cold for the young babies and infants. This was one of the main reasons we booked. This news was only available to us when it was too late to cancel.The Villa could be much more comfortable with better maintenance and some of the fixtures and fittings and lighting replaced.
The site and area is excellent close to everything you need for a great holiday.
