Villa Alegria is the perfect retreat for group or family holidays, situated in a quiet area of Olhos de Água, in Albufeira, just a few minutes from the beaches and local entertainment. This spacious property combines comfort, privacy and leisure, with everything you need for relaxed and enjoyable days.



The room, spacious and bright, with living and dining areas, invites togetherness, whether around the table or on a late afternoon relaxing with a view of the pool. The welcoming décor and direct access to the terrace make this space ideal for sharing special moments.



With five well-distributed bedrooms, three double bedrooms, two of them with private bathrooms, and two twin bedrooms, the villa comfortably accommodates all guests. There are also two additional bathrooms, ensuring practicality and comfort for everyone.



The accommodation is adapted for guests with reduced mobility, featuring an access ramp and an accessible bathroom. Furthermore, the separate entrances allow those who wish to explore the nightlife to do so with complete freedom, without disturbing the rest of the other guests.



The kitchen, spacious and functional, allows you to prepare meals with complete comfort and has direct access to the outdoor space, where you will find a barbecue area, ideal for outdoor meals. The perfect setting for relaxed family dinners or gatherings with friends.



On the outside, the large private heated swimming pool, available for an additional cost, and the jacuzzi, also available as an extra, invite you to moments of absolute leisure, surrounded by a well-maintained garden, where you can relax in the sun or in the shade.



To complete the experience, the lower floor of the house reserves a pleasant surprise, with a games room equipped with billiards, table football, darts and ping-pong, guaranteeing fun for all ages.



The property is fully fenced and offers private parking, with space for several vehicles, ensuring security and convenience.



Near beaches, restaurants and supermarkets, and just a 10-minute drive from Albufeira town centre, Villa Alegria is the perfect balance between tranquillity, comfort and fun.



The moving day for this property is on Saturday (however, there may be flexibility during low season).

If your flights are already booked or if your dates are fixed and do not coincide with the property's usual moving day, we ask that you send us an information request before making a reservation, to confirm whether the dates can be accepted.



This property is self-catered. For greater convenience, food hampers can be booked in advance (additional cost).



Pool heating is always an added value for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. With pool heating activated, the water temperature will always be between 5°C and 8°C above what it would be without heating.



The jacuzzi provides an unparalleled wellness experience, perfect for relaxing in complete tranquillity and making the most of the special moments of your holiday.



Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property's location. Nevertheless, should you be interested, we would be delighted to help with the booking. We can also arrange transfers, should you require them.



Group deposit: €400 per guest, with payment by credit or debit card to be made up to 2 weeks before arrival.

However, it is possible to accept 4 more guests, who will be accommodated in additional beds
