2) Facilities: private swimming pool is available for all the guests in the building. Basketball, volleyball, and tennis courts are also nearby

This is a very nice condo right across the street from the ocean. It’s located in the middle of the shopping/restaurant area so everything was either a short walk or short drive away. Couldn’t ask for a better location. The complex was quiet, people were friendly, and our unit was comfortable and clean. Mahalo!

Was sufficient for my short stay, didn't spend much time in the studio room, nor was able to use the amenities. Weather was chilly and raining. Close to beach but not swimmable due to weather. Restaurants and small stores are directly behind the property so no need to drive.
The only issue is the limited parking, but the on street parking did help.

I had email that we would be a late check in and then our plane was two hours late as well.
We looked for our room in the dark for 1/2 an hour.
Dragging our suitcases along! Not fun. If We would have been emailed the rooms map that was in the book in our room it would have been very helpful.
On a somewhat better note. We did luck out and get a parking spot in your parking lot, although I did feel bad for other frantic people who were stay at you facility and were scared that they had to park on the street.
Room was clean and spacious.
