Cosy studio next to Kona Beach

The host was very knowledgeable about the parking situation & they had an info book inside the property that was helpful. The room was clean, safe, inviting & cozy. I was able to secure the first door when I slept at night. The layout was well thought out with the decor too. I had everything I needed in this space. The air conditioner was great when neeeded. I would definitely rebook.

Very convenient location to town shops and restaurants. It was clean. We only stayed one night before we flew out next morning to another island so didn’t get a good feel for how everything was. But stay was good.

Good location & ground level made it nice & easy with luggage, and reasonable for what we paid. AC worked great, TV access good, toilet paper holder was hanging off the wall & not secure. Bare bones in terms of kitchen equipment stock. Bed comfy, futon okay, no good place for luggage, but still workable.

Squeaky clean except the bed sheets were full of Sand....lots of sand. Hoping the sheets were changed before we got there. Also (and this is mostly my fault), the photos looked like the bed was in a separate room. The listing clearly states it is a studio, however I would suggest some additional photos or language to clarify. There was also no coffee provided which would have been nice. Lovely property. Outstanding location.
