Newly renovated studio condo with A/C and is across from the beach. Right in the middle of Kona, It is walking distance to all of the local restaurants, coffee shops, galleries and stores.
This unit is located on the 3rd floor and has a queen size bed, 65"tv , New couch and free Wifi
The kitchen has a full size refrigerator & sink, but there is no stove. It has an electric skillet, Hot Plate with Pots/Pans, Toaster, Microwave and Crock Pot for cooking.

Great location. Cute Unit. Parking was TERRIBLE The day we arrived we had to park 3 blocks away on a busy street. The original description did not say parking was a problem. It was not until I received a follow up note that we were told it was limited parking.

This condo was amazing ocean front. We enjoyed watching the waves and sunsets. Was nicely stalked with lots of extras. It had plenty beach supplies, cooler. Snorkel etc. The owner was very quick to respond to any questions. We will definitely return to this little gem.

Pro. Nice unit, clean and close to beach and restaurants. Con. Our reservation was not entered into the system upon our arrival. The desk clerk made a call to correct the issue. However, since our reservation was not in the system the room was not placed on a clean schedule so we had to wait for housekeeping to clean before check in. The wall unit air conditioner is extremely loud.
