About this apartment rental
My airconditioned condo is located a block from the Ocean and gets cool ocean breezes during the day and has a great Ocean View.
It is located in the center of town and is within walking distance of shops, restaurants and a farmers market where you can buy fresh fruits and vegetables.
The Lanai faces west so you can enjoy the sunsets every evening.
If you want to stay in we have a full kitchen including a fridge, oven, cook top, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, blender and even a rice cooker.
There is a 3 guest maximum in my property, We have a king sized bed in the Bedroom and a 12 inch inflatable twin bed (it is actually quite comfortable).

Our host, Laury, was great about answering questions before we arrived. He sent detailed checking-in instructions how to get from the airport and how to access the unit. The full kitchen and bedroom were well furnished with everything we needed with extra beach chairs, umbrella and even an iron for our use. Close to old downtown Kona, we strolled on a Monday with very few people around. The sun finally came out the last 2 days and we were able to get pictures of the water and sunsets off the balcony. A beautiful, restful stay in Kona!

Great location and the room was nice. Only issue was the laundry room was closer.

Aside from Laundry and pool out of commission the unit was very accommodating and comfortable. Fresh fruit and plush linens were nice. After the Kona low storm which brought heavy rains nand wind it was understandable.

Wonderful! Laury was a great host! Condo was very clean, had everything we needed for the week, and was in a perfect location to walk to restaurants and the farmer’s market. Would definitely stay here again!
