This was by far our best experience staying in a VRBO. This condo was 110% what was advertised. The entire place was so clean and ready for us. The decor is updated and just lovely. It was so nice to come “home” everyday to a beautiful space. The kitchen had everything you need to make meals. There was never a need for air conditioning. The breeze that comes in is perfect. There are ceiling fans in every single room including the bathroom. Plus a few extra box fans if you need them. The bedding was perfect the towels were soft. There were NO BUGS. NONE. The lanai was AMAZING!! The view is stellar. The grounds are kept beautifully by Ron. He is amazing, knowledgeable, helpful and respectful and just a nice guy. We met so many cool neighbors hanging out at the pool-which Ron keeps looking amazing! We stayed for 30 days-June 1-July 1. We had one tiny hiccup-during the flooding in February and March the laundry room was damaged. When we arrived, the washers and dryers were not set up. That was really a non-issue because when I reached out to the host the first week we were there they sent cleaners to pick up our bedding and wash it for us. However, within days of the laundry service the laundry room was up and running!! That room is super clean and the machines are clean. This is a safe building. You need a key to get on the elevator, the pool and the laundry room. It’s quiet and I really can’t say anything negative about this place. This is a true gem.

The condo was picture perfect in everything, sparkling clean, extremely quiet and perfect view of Kona harbor. We were able to watch the long boat races held each weekend we were there. We choose the condo because it was in walking distance to all our favorite restaurants. It also had a parking stall convenient and close to the entry area. The condo does not have air conditioning, but we were very comfortable with the balcony door and bedroom windows open and fans on. We were very pleased to find beach chairs, beach umbrella and beach towels in the unit for use. The kitchen was nicely stocked with pots, pans, silverware, and glasses. We would defiantly stay here if and when we return to Kona and the Big Island.

Super location. Everything was clean and nice. Very comfy bed. The couch could use replacing but otherwise it was PERFECT.

Bed was okay, no AC and HOT. Fans helped a little but didn't feel safe opening kitchen and bathroom windows for cross ventilation. Plenty of room but no luggage racks or ironing board.
