Great location. Met our needs. Within walking distance of shops and restaurants.Pleasantly surprised of all the amenities like free parking, kitchen supplies, grocery items of spices and condiments, bathroom toiletries, and beach accessories.Would return to this site and condo again.Not surprised by previous accolades from former vacationers.Only drawback was access to a sandy beach without a considerable drive and a really small pool on the premises.

We stayed here for our honeymoon. I don't know how many times during our stay we said - this is the perfect place! The layout is awesome - it's so open & breezy - & we loved having a window in the bedroom as well as the living room. The view is amazing. It was so nice to come back to this spot after a day of beaching or adventuring around the island to relax. We didn't hear our neighbors at all. The bed is super comfortable - we both slept amazing. There's tons of extra towels, sheets, pillows, etc. We did a lot of cooking & the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The only hiccup was us accidentally turning the ice machine off in the fridge! User error - but even then, ice trays to the rescue. Almost everything we needed for a day at the beach was provided. We loved all of the cute cats wandering the property. It really felt like home away from home! Kona is gorgeous & this location allows you to easily explore the Farmer's Market & main strip on the water by foot. It was nice being so close to major stores to stock up on groceries & drinks. Just a quick drive to everything we needed. The only thing missing that we had to buy was dry bags - so future travelers be sure to pack those if needed! I would highly recommend this space. We had a wonderful time & did not want to leave!

Very convenient location, with assigned location that affords the opportunity to walk down to Kona Village and surrounding areas and to also have easy access to the north and south highways. While not “on the beach” and there are buildings partially blocking the view, there is still a lovely view of the ocean that makes a morning cup of coffee on the lanai a real joy.

Great condo in a great spot in downtown Kona. Walking distance to shops and restaurants as well as the beach at King Kam. Easy drive to all the island activities. Condo was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. It is in need of a spruce up as it's showing wear and tear (especially the carpet) but was perfect for our first stay in Hawaii. Management company was terrific and checked in with calls and emails to ensure our stay was great! Totally recommend!

My husband and I enjoyed staying at this conveniently located and affordable property with easy walking access to Kona town, and a nice view of the ocean just a block over. We were on the 5th floor so we could see over the church, which is between us and town. We particularly appreciated the free and designated parking spot. Parking in Kona is a headache so having our own spot made our days stress-free. The property was clean, quiet and cozy, the bathroom and kitchen could use a bit of updating but they had everything we needed from knives and pots and pans to a hair dryer and extra towels. The bedding was super comfortable and soft. There was also lots of beach gear, chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, and beachmats. We would love to stay here again next time we are on the big island.

You can't find a better spot if you want easy access to downtown Kona. Literally a 2 minute walk to Alii Drive and all the shops and restaurants it has to offer. The unit itself is clean. A little tired...could use a fresh coat of paint and new flooring. (And maybe a coffee table.) The bed was quite comfortable and the unit has everything you need from pots and pans for cooking to snorkels and beach chairs. You won't want for anything. Onsite assigned parking is a big plus. We were quite happy with this choice.

Most comfortable and welcoming place I’ve stayed in all of Hawaii over the years. Quality at its best. Everything from location, view, linens, furnishings, electronic and kitchen was dialed with care. Hope we get to stay again one day.

There was no dish cloths, scrub pads. If you request the garbage to be removed regularly due to small insect etc. then provide enough garbage bags. Hot water was almost non existent in shower. Photo of pool is deceiving - the pool is very small. Other than that it was a good place

We were very happy with this property. Communication from the property manager was easy and excellent. The view from our lanai was fantastic. Bed was so cozy and comfortable.The kitchen was well stocked for cooking some meals at "home" if you want to. There were beach chairs, snorkel gear, plenty of towels (bath and beach) and some bags for shopping. :) We felt at ease in the building with needing a key to get on the elevator and locking our room up. Near so many restaurants, shops and the pier. If you have a student at University of Nations, it is an easy walk to the campus. Our only suggestions are clean the carpet and there was a broken bathroom window. We let the property manager know about these things. Fantastic. We would definitely love to stay here again. :) MAHALO!

Good: This location had a great water view and only a couple blocks from downtown Kona. One surprise was the Farmer's Market was also a couple blocks away. Breakfast was on the balcony looking at the water and eating a lot of fruits. Not so Good: - description on amenities was incorrect. It listed a DVD player that did not exist. I brought in a couple DVDs to play on this trip. Also, it would have been nice to know if items like beach gear and snorkeling gear are available. This would limit me from packing my own. - questions on the cleaning service. First entrance into the condo had a couple of stained bath towels on the counter. Dishware were not clean and had to wash them before using. Did acknowledge the amenities concern to the management. Overall a nice place to stay for 2.

We spent a week here while visiting the Big Island for the first time. The property met the needs we were looking for. It was in a good location for beach access, shopping and other things. There is a nice view from the lanai. It was a short walk of approximately 1.5 blocks to the beach and shopping areas and a short drive from the airport. The outside of the property is older and dated, but the inside was clean and tidy. There were a lot of teeny crawling bugs that were especially noticeable on the counter surface while we were eating a meal.

The property is in a perfect location for exploring the Kona side of the big island. Walking distance to much of the downtown area and only a short drive to numerous beautiful beaches. I was pleasantly surprised that there was a bunch of beach gear at the house as well. umbrella, chairs, boogie boards and snorkeling gear all saved us a nice chunk on items that we would have otherwise had to rent or simply not gotten to try at all. The checkin/checkout process was super simple as well.

This is the perfect location so close to downtown Kona! Saves the hassle of having to try to find parking along the busy streets because everything is walkable. You cannot beat the ocean view from this room. The amenities are fantastic and everything you could need is included in this room - right down to snorkel gear, beach chairs and beach bags. Everything was so clean and the mattress was one of the most comfortable I have ever slept on. The dimming light switches are also amazing! AC is a wall unit and keeps the entire place very cool. The property management company is phenomenal with their communication and they made check in a breeze. The only thing missing is a good pool, but the beaches are not too far away. I really loved staying here and would definitely stay again if I return to the area.

This property is beautifully located - walking distance to restaurants, shops and best of all, it’s just around the corner from the farmers market with amazing fresh produce. One block off the main road makes it quiet and easily accessible. The keyed entry ensures security and the private deck with an ocean view was a relaxing way to spend an evening after a busy day. The condo was well equipped with everything we needed and management was very friendly and helpful in answering questions about the area.

This condo was perfectly located and had every single thing you could ever want and need. From all the linens and towels to beach chairs, snorkels and umbrellas. The kitchen was perfectly stocked with everything you need to prepare meals. The furniture is nice and comfortable. The grounds were so clean. The superintendent is amazing! He works so incredibly hard every day to keep the pool clean, make sure the parking lot is clean, the grass is mowed and watered, the laundry room is immaculate. Every time I saw him he was nice and honestly working. I was very impressed with him. I honestly can’t say enough good things about this experience. The elevator made moving in and bringing in groceries a breeze. We felt very safe with all the security measures taken with locks on the pool gate, laundry room and elevator. We stayed for 30 days and would stay forever if possible! One thing I do think the owner should do is take out the carpet and put in vinyl or tile. It’s pretty dirty and a little jarring when you first walk in. That is truly the only “complaint” I would have.

Perfect view, location and privacy. Just the right place for any couple, clean, comfy bed and spacious bathroom. Plenty of towels, linens and beach equipment. We walked to restaurants, shops and activities A/C wall unit, after the 2nd night we turned it off because we opened the front door (screen door locked) and along with ceiling fans enjoyed the cross breeze for the rest of our stay(a month!). Good security, key access only for elevator, laundry, pool etc, check in/out process easy. We’re definitely coming back!
