There is a HUGE lanai/balcony for your comfort. Relax & watch all of the exciting activity in the heart of Ali'i Drive below. (Cruise ships, sight-seeing boats, outrigger canoes, and fishing boats---All can be watched from this gem of a Lanai.) Kona Village closes down by 9:00 PM, so after nine the only thing you will hear from the Lanai are the ocean waves.
This perfectly located gem has everything you need for a stay of a few days or several months. This is the type of location you actually would not have to have a car in Kona.
Inside walls between units are 12 inch thick concrete which makes this condo very quite and peaceful. This unit has everything you need for a fun stay.

We could not have asked for a better place to stay. The check-in process was absolutely flawless. We had someone here to greet us. We were greeted with Hawaiian music and goodies and a beautiful location. The condo itself was very clean, quiet and centrally located to Kona. Everything we needed was in walking distance although we did have a vehicle that we did use parking was easy. I can’t say enough good things about our stay.Mahalo!!!!!

Room is very clean throughout. All interior mechanicals are in proper working order, with written instructions in room. Bedding, linens, and three days' worth of personal items are available and sanitized. Exterior of property had some deferred maintenance & some construction taking place in underground parking garage. Location is well-located and the general feeling of safe & secure. The entry door has a capable keylock; however, the dead bolt is not working properly (re-adjust locking plate).

Easy walking distance to a lot in downtown Kona. Kitchen is well supplied and beach/snorkel gear was great to have access to.

Loved the location to restaurants and walking about down town. Complex is in need of some updating. Parking garage is a bit scary. Our unit was sufficient for our needs but could use a bit of updating as it is a bit worn looking.
