2) Facilities: private swimming pool is available for all the guests in the building. Basketball, volleyball, and tennis courts are also nearby

I only stayed overnight so didn’t have an opportunity to use any of the property facilities. The studio itself was well appointed, clean and quiet. Had no issues or problems. The host was very responsive to all questions I had.

Clean room. It was so easy to deal with Jacina. Jacina was wonderful. I had previously stayed with Knutson. Some of the people at Knutson are not flexible or easy to work with.
Jacina was absolutely wonderful. Helpful and will to respond to text messages immediately. I can not recommend Jacina more!

Awesome location! Within walking distance to a lot of really great restaurants, stores, and the beach! It was perfect for just two of us. A few things need some minor maintenance (the hand towel rack was not fully secured and the screen door came off at one point) but otherwise everything was great! We would definitely stay here again.
