When the sun is setting, relax with a glass of wine on your private balcony overlooking miles of white sand beach and the Gulf and then later take in the lights of Clearwater Beach to the North at night.
Primary bedroom has a walk-in closet, full ensuite bath (bath/shower, new comfort-height toilet, and recently updated vanity/sink/fixtures) and sliding glass doors to a spacious balcony overlooking the beach and ocean. The balcony is also accessible from the living room. The second bedroom is generously sized with a large closet and view of the intracoastal waterway to the east. The second washroom is conveniently located across the hall, with shower, new comfort-height toilet, and recently installed vanity/sink/fixtures.

Convenient location with the Shoppes of Sand Key just across the way, including excellent restaurants, coffee shops, convenience store with all the essentials (including wine!), nail salon, and charming coastal-themed shops, all along a waterfront boardwalk.
Enjoy the tranquility of the beach right outside, or hop on the Jolly Trolley (or bike or walk) to take in the fun and excitement of Clearwater Beach across the bridge, just a mile away. An ideal location for all ages!
Paid laundry shared among 8 units on the floor (just down the fresh-air hallway). Can use Visa or download the AaxonPay app. Kids allowed, but we have open balconies on the 10th floor so not appropriate for small children and climbers! Unfortunately, the condo association does not allow pets. The property manager requires renters to complete an application form along with a $150 application fee.

The location, kitchen supplies, safety, parking, master bed were excellent. Only concerns were low toilets, low furniture that were difficult for our age group. A nice chair in living room would be nice.
