Amazing views and a beach front location await you at our little slice of paradise! Welcome to our 10th floor condo located on beautiful Sand Key, just South of Clearwater Beach. Enjoy the sunrise and your morning coffee on the bay-side balcony -- and watch the gorgeous sunset from the Gulf-side balcony.

This unit has tile floors throughout, granite counters in the kitchen and baths, and has been freshly decorated in a contemporary coastal style. We have an open concept kitchen, dining, and living area with great views from any angle. While in the living room, you can access the Gulf-side balcony or sink into the comfortable sofa and enjoy a movie on the 60” HD flat screen smart TV or Blue Ray player. If you have work to do (bummer while on vacation), use the computer desk to get it done and then discretely tuck away your laptop. Wi-Fi is available throughout the unit.

The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare and serve your own meals; and features stainless steel appliances, granite counter-tops, and a breakfast bar with stools. In addition to the standard pots, pans, and dishes, this unit also has a blender, juicer, and crock pot.

The dining room is beautifully lit with a contemporary style light/ceiling fan and has a counter height dining table and 4 chairs that can seat up to eight.

The master bedroom has a king size bed, reading chair with ottoman, walk-in closet, en suite bathroom, and HD flat screen smart TV with cable. The master bedroom also has a triple sliding door with access to the Gulf-side balcony and phenomenal view of the Gulf and beach.

The second bedroom boasts a full sized bed and twin-over-twin bunk beds, a walk-in closet, and HD flat screen smart TV with cable.

The real reason you come to Florida is to enjoy the great weather and the outdoors. Relax by the pool, play a round of corn hole, or take a stroll out to the beach – the grounds are meticulously maintained and the atmosphere is serene. Beach chairs (4), beach mats (2), beach blanket (1) and countless beach towels are available. There are a variety of sand toys for playing at the beach. Interested in trying stand up paddle boarding? Our unit has 2 inflatable stand up paddle boards that you can use at any time. If you enjoy outdoor cooking, the building has a BBQ grill available at ground level.

We have an under-building designated parking spot that keeps your car out of the hot Florida sun. Our designated spot is located just steps away from the elevator. You will also feel comfortable with the gated security for the parking lot and additional security to enter the building.

We fell in love with the tranquil atmosphere, pristine emerald water, and beautiful white sand beaches of Sand Key. This location gives you all of the peace and quiet you need while being just moments away from the hustle and bustle of the activities in Clearwater Beach. There are two airports nearby that making traveling a breeze: Tampa International Airport (22.6 miles) and St. Pete-Clearwater International Airport (12.4 miles).

Our building has a 30 day minimum stay requirement, and our rates vary by month/season. This location is gorgeous all year round. You need not start on the 1st of the month.
