This condo has a split floor plan which is perfect for two couples. The best location on Sand Key, this unit is close to shopping and multiple restaurants, yet not as crowded as those North or South. It is fully equipped, everything from kitchen and beach needs to binoculars and games. Gated entry ensures security. Security staff and other owners/renters were friendly and helpful. I will say that the family room TV was challenging. The only downside was the master bed. It really needs to be replaced.

We had everything necessary available to us including a lot of small unexpected things that we really appreciated. The condo was super clean even to our expectations and we are neat freaks and germaphobics. The view is amazing with bear sunsets you can only see in pictures..the part of the beach we got access to was nice and only had a few people of any while other parts of the beach towards the center were completely filled with people which would have been very difficult to deal with. we will certainly be returning. We enjoyed every minute of our stay. Thank you
