f you're looking for a place that feels like you're living in paradise, this 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo unit on the 5th floor is the one for you! Before you even walk into the unit, you will be greeted in the front walkway with breathtaking views of the Intracoastal Waterways. When you walk through the front door, the first thing you will notice is the beautiful view out back of the Gulf of Mexico. Coming across a place with a view out front and back is NOT very easy. With 1,100 square feet, this unit is the perfect size for a retreat away from your every day life. Enjoy a beautiful sunrise while drinking your morning coffee on your front patio, or a relaxing sunset on the balcony while drinking wine and listening to the waves rolling in. With a heated pool and direct access to the beach, what more could you possibly want?! Even though you will be tempted to spend the majority of your time outside, the unit itself has an open floor plan so you can enjoy conversations with your guests while preparing food in the kitchen. The spacious Queen sized bed in the master and two twin sized beds in the guest rooms will accommodate you and your guests comfortably. Make the dream of waking up in this charming beachfront unit your reality. The washer and dryer are located outside of the unit down the hall a few steps. The HOA does not allow us to rent for less than 30 days- they require a tenant application form with a fee of $150. No pickups larger than F150 or 3/4 ton. No pets are allowed per HOA. We prefer bookings from the 1st of month due to hoa constraints for monthly rentals

We had a wonderful stay, location was perfect, condo had everything we needed and beach outside the door was a bonus, pool was clean and warm, everyone was friendly. Any enquires we had were dealt with promptly. Can’t wait to come back.

We had a wonderful stay. Condo was beautiful and clean. Pool was fabulous and beach was lovely. Shops and restaurants right across the street were great and very convenient. Hope to be back.

Very clean and inviting condo. Views of the Sunrise and Sunsets were gorgeous. Shared many Happy Hours on the back patio watching the sunsets. Owners were very helpful and responsive to all our needs. We would definitely return for a future vacation.

Spent a month in this beautifully renovated condo. The views from both the front and rear balconies are exceptional. Beds and Furniture were extremely comfortable. The kitchen provided every convenience. Condo is within a short walk of restaurants and shopping. All the comforts of home in this spotless, modern apartment.
