Great information and directions from our host!Condo was equipped so well from kitchen, tv’s, beach chairs towels and the view was the best! Walkable to restaurants and shops and a great central area to visit friends and family from Bradenton, Tampa and Dunedin. We couldn’t have as for anything more.

We had a wonderful time. The view was phenomenal, the weather was perfect. We saw dolphins and ate great seafood. We really enjoyed our stay in Clearwater.

This condo provides a beautiful view of the beach and the gulf. We saw many beautiful sunsets and enjoyed our daily beach walks. There were plenty of restaurants in the area that had outdoor seating. We were able to use the beach chairs and many other amenities were provided that we didn’t use. We found it very easy to communicate with Paul any time we had a question. We enjoyed the pool and spa area very much since it was in the sun all day and the water temperatures were warm.We met some very nice people in the building and found everyone being compliant with the rules due to the coronavirus.The second elevator was out of service twice while we were there so we got in many steps taking the stairs to 8th floor.
