St. Kitts is just a half-block from the beach and a short walk from numerous shops, restaurants, cafes, and bars, including South Moon Under, Hobbit Restaurant, Pino's Pizza, Fat Daddy's, Laytons, and Liquid Assets.



Almost anything you can imagine is just a short walk away however if reluctant to walk or drive yourself the OC Bus always provides easy transportation up and down the entire Ocean City coastline!



Additional free parking can be found curb side up and down Ocean City. As well as pay to park spots which can be found in the municipal lot on 100th street as well!

This is a non-smoking unit. OC Beachfront Rentals charges a $500 fine for smoking in the unit. Guest may smoke on balconies or in designated areas.

Please note: a $500 excessive cleaning charge may apply if the property is left in an unacceptable condition (i.e. presence of vomit or urine cleaning, etc). We kindly ask you to respect our home like it was your own! 😊

Due to the high volume of turnovers in season and to provide the latest check out possible, cleaners may be completing cleanings until 6PM.

If a pack n' play is needed for your stay, please request from us ASAP upon booking confirmation.
