About this house rental
Villa Saltregna is situated in a private location, accessible by a 100-meter driveway and surrounded by farmland. Most summers sunflowers grow on all sides of the property, a distinctive feature of the Le Marche countryside.
The property has panoramic views of the surrounding hills and the hilltop town of Filottrano can be seen in the distance. Both sunrise and sunset can be enjoyed from the terrace and swimming pool.
Our home has been tastefully renovated and thoroughly modernized with the ability to sleep 12 guests. There are five bedrooms with high quality bed linen and three bathrooms stocked with complimentary Molton Brown toiletries. A double sofa bed in the family room can sleep two guests. The landscaped grounds are adorned with olive trees that produce olive oil for our in-house guests to sample.
The industrial style kitchen was designed as an entertaining space for groups and families and is accessible through a unique glass passageway connecting to the main house.
The oversized kitchen island seats four adults comfortably and is a great place to socialise over an Aperitivo and fitted state of the art appliances are ideal for those who love to cook. If you are not in the mood to cook, then a highly rated restaurant and pizzeria is only a 3 minute drive away where you can dine in or take-away pizzas in the evening.
The villa is well located with a large water park only minutes away by car, perfect for children of all ages. A full-sized supermarket and the nearest towns of Cingoli and Filottrano are 18 minutes drive where you will also find various restaurants and shops. If you fancy a day at the beach, then Senigallia and Conero on the stunning Adriatic coastline are only 40 minutes drive away.

Beautiful and well equipped house. we have been 2 families with kids and absolutely love the house. It is located in an amazing field surroundings, well equipped and tastefully designed. The pool view is gorgeous. Moreover, the property manager was so friendly and helpful. Really great. We will definitely come back when we get again to Italy !!!
