PRIVATE PROPERTY (Lease only) - Nestled among the green olive groves of Cartoceto, yet just a short distance from the coast, Casale Astralis is the perfect choice for rejuvenating yourself, with a dip in the pool and a delightful lunch on the porch. Fully accessible via an internal elevator, this modern farmhouse with a private pool is perfect for a group vacation.
On the ground floor is a spacious and bright living room with a TV, comfortable sofas, and a billiards table, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dining room. Also on the same floor are a double bedroom, a single bedroom, a bathroom with shower, and a laundry area with a dryer.
Going up to the first floor, the sleeping area features two more double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms with showers, two twin bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, and a room with a comfortable sofa bed for two, a kitchenette, and a desk, which can also be used as a study.
Finally, on the top floor is a room equipped for yoga and exercise, as well as a children's play area.
The villa is equipped with air conditioning, mosquito nets, and is fully accessible to guests with limited mobility thanks to an elevator.
Outside, there's a large furnished porch, a trampoline, and a beautiful swimming pool with panoramic views and a solarium. Guests also have access to a garage with an electric car charging station.
The upper floors are also accessible by elevator.

Heading inland, you'll find numerous historic villages and towns worth visiting, first and foremost Urbino, whose historic center is a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

The staff response to questions was excellent
Modern and great facilities for teenagers
Find a way to manage rubbish disposal at end of stay .We drove around for over an hour on last day trying to find somewhere. Would have paid a little extra not to do that
Better cooking equipment, we all like to cook but shortage of things like baking tray, lasagna dish, tea towels, medium size bowls made it difficult

We had a wonderful week in Casale Astralis, the kids enjoyed the play room with the table tennis and the vintage video game. Also the pool table has been highly appreciated!
