This villa has an excellent position amidst vineyards and olive groves, within a winery farm. The villa is situated at only a few minutes distance from the Adriatic coast with its coastal towns like Fano and Pesaro. The lively coastal area of Emilia-Romagna with its numerous beaches is only 12 km away. For those who love art and nature, there are the cities of Urbino, Gradara and Mondavio to visit. The region has lot of interesting historic places to visit, besides the cultural and local culinary specialties events. Moreover 1 km far there is a fishing lake and a scenic route for walking and bicycles.
The villa has had a thorough restoration with love and eye for detail and has maintained the original characteristics and authentic style of an original manor of the Marches. The furniture is comfortable and warm. A large garden with swimming pool surrounds the house. There is a spacious roofed terrace with beautiful view where the guests can relax and enjoy their outdoor meals. At the front of the villa, situated in the garden, there is the swimming pool, surrounded by olive trees and a beautiful lawn.
Villa delle Vigne can accommodate up to 12 people and is on two levels.
The ground floor consists of:
- an elegant living room with direct access to the porch;
- a spacious kitchen with dining table and equipped with oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and microwave;
- a bedroom with two single beds (which can be joined on request) with an en-suite bathroom with shower and washing machine (the bathroom is wheelchair accessible).
The first floor consists of:
– a large double bedroom (with the possibility of adding an extra single bed) with an en-suite bathroom with shower;
– a double bedroom (with the possibility of adding an extra single bed);
– a double bedroom (with the possibility of adding an extra single bed);
– a bathroom with bathtub and shower;
– a cosy double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with shower.
Bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and insect screens on windows.

The rental price includes:
fully cleaned property equipped with linen and towels; weekly linen change; utilities (electricity - water - gas for kitchen use); Wi-Fi; air conditioning; pool and garden maintenance; daily pool maintenance; policy "Easy Rent" (additional insurance coverage for accidental damage to the property, up to a maximum coverage of € 3.000,00 and subject to limitations).

The rental price does not include (to be paid upon arrival):
final cleaning € 150,00; pets allowed on request (max. 1 pet a week) € 50,00 per week; heating consumption; extra cleaning € 15,00 per hour; extra linen change € 5,00 per person; tourist tax € 2,00 per person per night, for a maximum of 14 nights (children under 14 years old exempted, disabled exempted).

Security deposit (to be paid upon arrival): € 800,00

Check-Out: from 8.00 a.m. to 9.00 a.m.
