Villa Daya is a quaint farmhouse nestled in the rolling hills of Fano, on the Adriatic coast of the Marche region.
Today it is a beautiful luxury villa with swimming pool,
large green spaces equipped for entertainment, relaxation and wellness,
with fabulous views of the Malatesta Valley and Montefeltro. The villa offers up to 12 beds.
 
There are accessories such as air conditioning, washing machine, wi-fi internet,
iron and ironing board, alarm system, crib, dvd, hair dryer, TV,
mosquito nets, heaters, electric oven, toaster, dishwasher, coffee
maker, microwave.
 
In the garden, in addition to the pool, there is a furnished solarium , gazebo and dining area with barbecue, recreation area with table soccer, yoga area. Pets are allowed.

Villa Daya is a large farmhouse typical of the hilly area, surrounded by greenery and fully fenced. The garden is lush with trees, lawn and vegetation.
Next to the cottage is the rounded-shaped swimming pool , with a solarium around it equipped with sun beds, deck chairs and umbrellas. A path through the green garden leads to theyoga area, a small wellness oasis.
Then
there`s the relaxation and entertainment area with table soccer, and
the bathroom serving the garden in a charming wooden cottage.
A gazebo next
to the villa is furnished with table and chairs for outdoor dining. The
cottage has a porch furnished with a sitting area, table and chairs.

Daya is a renovated and finely furnished cottage with boho chic
details. The property is on two levels. On the ground floor is the open
space with a characteristic wooden roof, where there are the living room
and dining room. Next to it is a large kitchen with a direct view of
the garden.
The sleeping area consists of 6 bedrooms. On the ground floor there are 3 rooms, 2 of which are twin rooms with single beds and 1 double room.
On the upper floor there are 3 more rooms, including 2 double rooms and 1 twin room with French bed + single sofa bed.
In all there are also 4 shower rooms, one on the ground floor, 2 on the second floor and 1 full bathroom outside.

Daya is a vacation villa in a typical hillside cottage, nestled on the
rolling hills of Fano, overlooking the Malatesta Valley and Montefeltro.

The town of Fano is only 5 km away, there is a beautiful historic center and all amenities. The nearest beaches on the Adriatic Sea are less than 10 km away.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Mandatory change at euro 20 per person for stays longer than 10 nights (1 change), for stays longer than 17 nights (2 changes) and for stays longer than 24 nights (3 changes).
- Pool available from June to September .
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 50 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- One external bathroom has no shower.
