About this villa rental
Located within the farm, the "La Limonaia" farmhouse is surrounded by a vast, rich and evocative garden of roses, floral shrubs and olive trees. Perfectly in harmony with the garden we find the large and comfortable swimming pool (16x8m), equipped with a Roman staircase and covered with mosaic tiles that draw a splendid rose in the center. Slightly higher than the swimming pool there is also a 6-seater Jacuzzi tub, a large solarium with comfortable sun loungers, an outdoor shower and a bathroom. An exclusive corner where you can relax and regenerate!
The villa is divided into three floors, the ground floor, the first floor and the basement and has 7 rooms, for a total of 14/16 beds. All rooms and common areas have teak wood floors, air conditioning, heating and Wi-Fi. On the ground floor there are 2 bedrooms communicating with each other through a beautiful bathroom entirely covered with marble slabs and a two-seater Jacuzzi tub. In a bright space, with large windows overlooking the garden, we find the modern, functional, fully equipped kitchen and a lounge with sofa and satellite TV. The kitchen door leads directly to a terrace where guests can enjoy unforgettable moments of conviviality. On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms, a sitting area and a kitchenette. What makes this floor particularly special are the warm floor and the wonderful wooden beams. In the basement there are 3 bedrooms, all with independent entrance and private bathroom.
In an area of 30 km you will be able to discover different landscapes and appreciate their unusual beauty. The medieval villages of Mondavio and Corinaldo, Urbino and the ducal palace, the caves of Frasassi, Mount Catria and its paths, the monastery of Fonte Avellana, Senigallia and its velvet beach, the Conero and its most beautiful sea in the center Italy.
A relaxing destination for those who want to rest but at the same time also a strategic place for those who want to know the Marche region.

We did enjoyed our stay in the villa.The pool was huge and we spent a lot of time in the pool area.We did make some dinners in the house and also made the owner facilitate a chef to create a dinner for us in the house.We did use the restaurants in Mondavio and that was just 5 minutes away by car.The supermarket was 5 min away by car.We would recommend this villa to others.

We can highly recommend a stay at Chiara's!
We had a great stay with 14 people for over a week in the finca, we didn't want for anything. It is a great house with a very nice pool area.
Special thanks to Chiara, the hostess, who welcomed us warmly and was very accommodating and helpful.
