Close to sailing, scuba diving, and more, this smoke-free vacation home brings it all within reach. Aqualand Saint Maxime is an easy 10-minute walk away, so you can leave your car at the property, which offers onsite parking, or jump in your vehicle to make short work of the 7-minute drive to Plage du Pradon.

Relax by the heated pool or sip a drink in the garden of this vacation home, which also features a deck or patio and outdoor furniture. As for the great indoors, you can come inside and enjoy the free WiFi, cable/satellite TV, and stereo.

We came as a mixed group of friends and family . The property was spacious and clean with everything you could need for a three week stay. We never needed to contact the management company as the owner , Frank, was very hands on and extremely helpful with any problems and suggestions for things to do . I would highly recommend this property but bare in mind there is no air con which may be a problem to some people in the height of summer but was fine for us in September. It would also have been nice if cleaning after each week had been included in rental rather than extra . We have never had to pay additional fees when staying anywhere for more than a week . However we loved our stay as the villa was perfect for us . A 15 min walk to shops and 20 min walk to the port which had a few restaurants . Large supermarkets were just a 10 min drive away.
