"Belle sur mer" enjoys a quiet, luxury environment just a few minutes from one of the most beautiful beaches in Carqueiranne as well as its charming little port, its shops and its restaurants.
This property, with its contemporary architecture and sleek design, is ingeniously designed in 2 parts (to preserve everyone's privacy) connected by a rooftop garden on the infinity pool extension.
Able to comfortably accommodate up to 10 people, it offers a main villa as well as a guest house on the ground floor.
The main house has a large living room of over 120m². The large bay windows extend the interior spaces and allow you to take full advantage of the view offered by its dominant position. Upstairs, there are 3 air-conditioned double en suite bedrooms, with a shared terrace running along the entire length and a panoramic view of the sea.
The fully air-conditioned guest house has 2 bedrooms, including 1 suite, and is decorated and equipped to the same high standards as the main villa.
The 2 houses total an area of approximately 300m² facing south in the middle of a fenced Mediterranean garden of 2000m². It has been landscaped based on its varying levels of sunshine: dry garden, rooftop garden, palm trees, olive trees, oleander, lemon tree, perennials, cacti and many others... With one area as a lawn and a boules court. On the partly shaded terrace, offering a magnificent view of the sea, you can enjoy the 15m x 4m swimming pool (heated from April to early November), surrounded by deckchairs and secured by an electric cover.
Carqueiranne is a charming town where good living rules... The centre, and its market every Thursday, is only 1.3km away. At the port, the marine base offers various activities for young and old alike! Rental of boats, paddles, kayaks, sailing lessons... Or lazing on the beach
