Between Hyères and Carqueiranne, in the heart of a hill in a private and secure domain of 5 houses, this sublime contemporary villa offers an exceptional panorama of the Mediterranean, the salt road and its marshes as well as the Golden Islands.
On nearly 280m² and 35m long, its flat-roofed architecture is composed of staggered cubic volumes offering a harmonious alternation between conviviality and intimacy as well as a view of the sea from all the rooms of the house.
Fully air-conditioned and decorated in a resolutely contemporary, chic and refined style, it has all the desired comforts.
The villa offers 6 bedrooms, each with their own bathroom: 4 bedrooms on the first floor and 2 bedrooms upstairs with their private terrace. The bright living space will seduce you with its generous volumes opening onto a large wooden terrace equipped with a summer lounge to appreciate the wonderful view.
You will enjoy 2 spaces for convivial meals: in the extension of the living room, the fully glazed dining room gives the impression of eating outside while staying warm at the coolest hours or cool in the middle of summer (reversible air conditioning) or on the wooden terrace near the bowling alley, in the shade of the pine trees. The landscaped and beautifully flowered garden in front of the house completes the décor and the infinity pool (heated) extends the view of the big blue.
The famous Almanarre beach, a must-see spot for windsurfers and kitsurfers, is just a few minutes away by car, as is the downtown of Hyères or the charming little port of Carqueiranne and its family beaches.

For your older one comfort, everything is included in the price of your stay:
End-of-stay cleaning AND intermediate cleaning during your stay.
However, a cleaning base is required on the day of your departure:
Clean the ovens, refrigerators and plancha. Empty the dishwasher and garbage cans (household waste, glass and plastic bottles, cardboard). Furniture and displaced objects must be returned to their original places
Beds made on arrival. Towels provided. You will simply need to take your pool/beach towels.

Hours: Arrivals are from 4:30 p.m. but if the house is ready earlier, we will be happy to welcome you! Departures are no later than 10:00 a.m.
Capacity: 12 people (child and baby included).
Deposit: A security deposit of €2000 will be paid 2 days before your arrival (via a secure, undebited bank imprint).
Serenity of the premises: In order to respect the tranquility of the neighborhood, no festive events are allowed (weddings, parties, events...). Calm must be respected from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
Pet: your pet will be accepted with pleasure but only with prior agreement (depending on the period). It is strictly forbidden to let him sleep on the beds and sofas. For reasons of machinery and filtration, access to the swimming pool and its surroundings is strictly forbidden to pets. Tenants undertake to pick up droppings and clean up hair inside the villa, on the terraces, in the garden and in the outdoor areas during their stay and before their departure.
Any failure to comply with these rules will result in a deduction from the security deposit corresponding to the additional cleaning costs incurred.

The dining room is located in a beautiful veranda that gives the pleasant feeling of having your meals outside, while staying warm during the coolest hours (and cool thanks to the air conditioning in summer).
It has a large table and custom-made benches that can comfortably seat 12 to 14 people.
