About this villa rental

Warm and comfortable, our two villas, fully renovated, enjoys a privileged location, quiet, in a raised and enclosed garden.

They have private access to the small beach of the Port of Niel and terraces where you can admire the stunning sea views and enjoy relaxing moments from sunrise to sunset.

Accommodating up to 12 people (6 beds per house), each with its own equipment, they can be rented separately (rent geared-based).

We offer no extra final cleaning ...
The bed linen rental service or toilet is optional and not included in our rates, as well as renting a boat (cf. Photo)

You simply make an appointment for the keys that will suit you the day and time of your arrival, to the extent possible, to avoid periods of major departures and save valuable time for rest ...

Superbes maisons neuves - excellentes infrastructures et un horizon de reve sur la mer. La terrasse et le jardin permettent de profiter pleinement de la vue et aux enfants de jouer en toute securite. Pour les amoureux de la mer
Super séjour au port du Niel. La location est très fonctionnelle et comfortable. On peut profiter de la jolie terrasse pour les repas et les aperitifs et jouir de la vue exceptionnelle sur le port et la mer. Un accueil très chaleureux. Accès direct a la petite plage, deux bons restaurants sur place. Et surtout possibilité de louer des bateaux pour explorer les iles et la cote. C'est un lieu magique.

Un emplacement de rêve, sur la plage au fond du port du Niel, avec un petit accès privatif, une vue magnifique sur Porquerolles, 2 jolies maisons décorées avec goût, équipement pléthorique et de qualité, un accueil chaleureux, à cinq minutes des spots de kitesurf (si il y a du vent…! Sinon possibilité de louer un bateau devant les maisons) Juste envie d'y retourner. Ou de faire une offre d'achat !
