About this house rental
A two-family villa located a 5-minute walk from the center of Padenghe and a 15-minute walk from the fully equipped beach, with all amenities close at hand and easily accessible on foot. A supermarket is a 5-minute drive away, and the Desenzano del Garda highway exit is 15 minutes away.
The highlights of the house are the eat-in kitchen and the living room, as well as the spacious terrace where you can enjoy relaxing moments. The double bedrooms are spacious, and the bathrooms feature unique finishes—one with a bathtub and two with showers. Pillows and blankets are provided for the bedrooms; sheets and bath amenities are available for rent. Air conditioning is available in both the living and sleeping areas.
The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances, cutlery, plates, glasses, and everything needed for cooking, including a moka pot for coffee and a kettle.
Other things to keep in mind:
-- Cleaning fee of €120, payable on-site at check-in
-- A tourist tax of €1.50 per person per night will be applied and is payable on-site (excluding children under 14)
-- Utilities (electricity, water, and gas are not included in the room rate

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The home was clean, comfortable and excellent place for an extended stay. Great kitchen, In the beginning of the stay, the hot water heater unexpectedly stopped working, but the host handled the situation exceptionally well. Monica responded immediately, kept us updated throughout the repair process, and made sure everything was resolved as quickly as possible. The host's professionalism and attentiveness turned what could have been a major inconvenience into a minor hiccup. We truly appreciated the level of care and communication.We were in the abnormal heat wave for the lake and mountain area in the end of June 2026, and the air conditioner had a hard time keeping pace with the 95-96 F. degree heat. There was a single A/C in the hallway for the 3 bedrooms and bathroom on the first floor. The bedroom in the basement did not have an A/C unit but was relatively cool because in the basement. There was also an A/C unit in the living room. Fans were provided and we were grateful for the A/C that we did have, because many VRBO Europe places didn't have any A/C units in the homes. Overall, a great stay and an excellent host. We would happily return in cooler temperatures.
