About this house rental
Casa Petra e Franco 3 bedroom apartment for 8 people, with 3 bathrooms, is part of the villa in our beautiful residence Corte Ferrari in Moniga del Garda, Ciao Vacanze brand. Ciao Vacanze owns the full residence. It is surrounded by flowers, olive trees and vineyards with beautiful views over Lake Garda.
The Villa is ground floor with private garden, only 1 bedroom + Bathroom is located on the first floor.
2 Master bedrooms with double bed, + 1 bedroom with 4 single beds.
The residence is beautifully refined and welcoming and has a wonderful swimming pool area with shared Jacuzzi. Although part of our residence, the apartment is in our villa and is set aside from the other apartments we have, offering a haven of privacy and tranquillity.
We are perfectly located, with the town centre and its bars, restaurants, pizzerias and shops only a 1 min walk away. 5 mins walk are the shores of Lake Garda where you will find lakeside restaurants, bars, ice-cream parlours and of course boat hire and scooter hire.
The apartment is spacious and luxuriously furnished and has balconies overlooking the lake and a small private garden.

Very spacious and comfortable property. Ample room for our 4 adults and two young children. Beautiful view of lake and close to the pool.

We rented this property for a week of a family vacation. It was very roomy for 3 couples and 2 small children. The kitchen is well equipped and there is a market just a block or so away so you can cook meals if you prefer. There is a beautiful view of the lake and it is only a 5-10 minute walk down to the lakeshore and port to catch local ferries or rent a boat.
It was very warm when we were there so we loved having access to the pool and used it daily. It would be nice if it was open a little later into the evening. Posted hours are only until 8:00pm and I feel like we might have enjoyed an evening swim past that time.
There are several inexpensive but very good pizza restaurants which we enjoyed as well as nearby gelato.
The property is well located for a drive or ferry ride to other towns around the lake. We were very pleased with our stay here!

Excellent home and location. Full house with great accommodations and appliances. Large and comfortable house. Very nice place. Only the internet left something to be desired. Very good.

Casa Petra e Franco is a very well equipped 3 bed/3 bath apartment on a lovely little complex. It is about 300 metres from a few restaurants, coffee bars, ice cream parlours, a bakery and a small supermarket. We liked to shop in Italmarket, again a short distance away.
There is a swimming pool that was very refreshing, but there was no shallow end so if you have children please be aware of this. We made use of the outside BBQ facilities a couple of times.
The apartment is in a great position for exploring, we went to Parco de Terminale where we swam in the thermal lake, took boat trips across the lake from Desenzano and had a day trip into Venice, a 2 hour drive .
The only suggestion I would make would be to supply more pillows for the bedrooms.
