Semi-detached villa with garden and sea view about 10 minutes walk from Capitana beach, 10 km from the famous Poetto beach and a few minutes drive from the beaches of Mari Pintau, Torre delle Stelle and Solanas. Nearby are supermarkets, restaurants, bars and pharmacies. It is recommended to have your own means of transport during your stay.
The villa was completed in 2019, modern and equipped with every comfort. 3 bedrooms (2 double and 1 triple) all with private bathroom and air conditioning. Fully equipped kitchen, with induction hob, microwave oven, fridge with freezer, coffee machine '. Upstairs sitting area with sea view. The garden surrounds the house on 3 sides, a large porch for outdoor dining with a barbecue. Each bedroom is equipped with air conditioning, TV, hairdryer. Wifi available.
