Quiet residential area. Nice garden. 200m from lovely beach. Shower good. Useful to have washing machine & space to dry clothes outside. Easy to get bus into Cagliari
WiFi didn’t work for first couple of days. Fridge not switched on for our arrival (only realised next day having put milk in there!). Sofas very old & uncomfortable to sit on. No soap in soap dispensers.

Comodissimo, a 3 minuti a piedi da un’ampia spiaggia libera e dagli stabilimenti balneari.
L’appartamento è’ stato recentemente rinnovato, ed è dotato di tutti i confort.
Apprezzatissima l’aria condizionata in tutte le stanze, i materassi comodi e gli infissi nuovi che isolano molto bene dai pochissimi rumori all’esterno.
Abbiamo avuto una minima difficoltà nel trovare l’ingresso perché si accede all’appartamento passando dal giardino situato sul retro dell’immobile, dotato di cancellino autonomo con serratura e cassetta di sicurezza. Non ci sono stati problemi perché abbiamo contattato l’host che ci ha spiegato immediatamente come fare ed è sempre stato molto gentile e collaborativo, permettendoci anche di posticipare il check-out di qualche ora.
Consiglio vivamente questa soluzione a chiunque cerchi una vacanza rilassante a due passi da uno splendido mare.

Great location and spacious living room. There is a nice garden with a BBQ, and a balcony very pleasant for sunny days. I had a problem with the shower, in that case the host was quite responsive and sent assistance immediately.
I have been here in winter, and the house felt quite cold. There is an Air heating system, but as the house is meant to be a summer one, it gets pretty cold as soon as you turn it off.
Also, the internet connection did not work, and the host didn't do anything to fix it.

lokalizacja bardzo dobra do plaży może 100 metrów, fajny mały ogródek , dużo sprzętu ogrodowego, dobrze zaopatrzony aneks kuchenny , cicha uliczka , moskitiera w drzwiach
Wifi z mocnym sygnałem- uwaga - dłużej przytrzymać przycisk włączenia routera
Przydałby się drugi komplet kluczy -możliwość zatrzaśnięcia drzwi
