This property is also less than 10 miles from a number of popular local attractions including the Florida Keys Aquarium Encounters, Key Colony Beach Golf, the Dolphin Research Center, and the Seven Mile Bridge. This is the perfect retreat for anyone who loves to fish! A bait station, hose, and freezer are available near canal.
Inside this open, bright, and airy home, you'll find a well-equipped, full kitchen with a complete suite of stainless steel appliances to make meal prep a joy! Dine together at the adjacent table, and then relax in the screened sunroom or in the main living area with it's large, plush sectional and streaming-capable TV all ready for movie nights.
Additional amenities include a private washer/dryer, central air-conditioning, and a gas grill for when you want to spice up that home-cooked menu. There is also an air mattress available for use if needed.

Overall the stay was awesome. The community is awesome and it’s so serene and quiet. I loved the rental. There are a few nuances that maybe subtracted from the overall experience. The most important was probably the sugar ant problem, around day three they showed up and were pretty common in the kitchen until we left. There was one large roach in the kitchen as well, but we are Floridians and know they can be common. Another annoying thing was that we were only given one extra trash bag under the kitchen sink for a whole weeks stay… not a big deal but definitely annoying considering how easy it is to just leave some extra bags. There was also a broken fishing pole on the property when we arrived, a cracked/damaged plastic box outside the screened patio which was full of old metal fittings, and the sliding glass doors to the sunroom do not stay shut unless locked and the sunroom doors to the outside are difficult to open.Just a few things to make the property perfect. I was very happy with the amount of towels, the cleanliness, and the area. Thank you for letting us stay there!Overall it was a wonderful experience but

This dock fills your boat with leaves and debris every night. The davits take up the whole dock sidewalk so youre always walkings around them. Be prepared to bring EVERYTHING, spices, spounge, trash bags. Just not well stocked like most modern short term rentals. Poor communication. This is my experience with Vacasa rental properties, last Vacasa rental I said I would never rent from them again, smh.,.
