The property was great for our first stay in Marathon and first mini season in the books. Easy access to the Atlantic. We enjoyed using the fridge and freezer for our fish and lobster. We wish the ice machine worked, that would have been even better. The pool is very small, but we expected that so if you’re looking for a big pool to jump in and hang in as a family, it’s more for a quick cool off after a long day of fishing on the water. The house was great for two families. There were seven of us, three were kiddos and it didn’t feel overcrowded. We wish there were a few more rugs as the tile can be very slippery after a trip to the ocean or pool. Our kids fell a few times because of it. The bigger beds (not the bunk beds) make noise every time you moved and weren’t the most comfortable. For our meals some of the knives were dull or broken and we were unable to locate any grilling utensils but made it work otherwise! The property manager was quick to respond with any questions we had. We had a great stay and hope to be back soon!

Lovely home tucked away in an Atlantic side canal. Great dock for a 30 foot boat. Lots of amenities.

The property was very clean and like new. Had everything needed for our stay. We liked the pool and deck by the canal. The layout was great and never felt crowded even when we had 7 people staying there. Quiet, protected canal for our boat and extra freezer and refrigerator was handy for fishing needs. We loved the whole stay.

Nice location, dock great. Interior not great guest bed is a full not a queen and all beds are very uncomfortable as well as the couch. Very minimal cookware also. I was hoping for more.
