Stunning Panoramic rooftop views from this gulf side Tuscan style Villa!

Great location

This house is absolutely AMAZING and my family and I would 100% stay here again. This vacation rental has everything— from paddle boards to kayaks, fishing poles and PLENTY OF TOWELS, and incredible views from every point.

This is a very nice place with all kinds of great things to do just there at the house and plenty more a short drive away! My kids loved it especially the pool hot tub and fishing right off the dock. The host is very accessible and responds quickly. There is even an elevator to haul your heavy bags up!

Let me start by saying it’s not all bad. 2nd time at the property. First time much better. We came this year to renew our vows which were amazing by the dock just the 5 of us. Permission by Tim thank you. A couple of hiccups some worse than others. We come for three to four weeks as we own a company that’s open all year long. We need long unwinding with our family. The home is where we thrive. Especially this time I had sciatica and driving made it worse coming from Ct. my husband the same back issues. My first complaint, which had been last years as well, BEDS! Too small for couples. Small queen. We gave the second floor to our sons as it is easier for us to be on 3rd floor with kitchen and living room. Our bed had no topper for 2 1/2 weeks before Tim gave us one and it was a full size instead of queen and unfortunately didn’t work made sleeping worse. Our backs were compromised even further. One of my sons left earlier and I slept in that bed to give my husband space. The beds on second floor better softer. New sofa bed I noticed but the only seating and we were five people. Very hard. Outside on 3rd floor deck was where we had our meals, inside high table not convenient. The bar style no back on stools not good and only 4. Chairs outside the material mesh ripped we had to bring up the chairs from 2nd floor deck. We were without tv in 3 bedrooms for 5 days. We are tv people especially when our backs were not well. We are low key vacationers. 2nd floor toilets would flush most of the time and then others you needed to flush them more than 5 times before everything flushed. Water stopped running for a whole day that is not cool. Not Tim’s fault of course. Barbecues filthy couldn’t use. Water bugs in bathroom yuks. Told Tim he put some motels. The steps had some carpet tops and I had to take them off because they kept moving and my daughter n law tripped. A hazardous situation. Tv by jacuzzi didn’t work at all the whole 3 weeks. The elevator which I told Tim about when he was there fixing tvs was so noisy that when my husband would take my dog out at 6 am would wake everyone. Tim was really helpful thank you. My opinion for the amount of time and money spent on vacation in this home there should be a better response to getting these small things done. Yes small I’m a diyer but I was not going to fix things on my vacation. We will be looking elsewhere next year unfortunately as we are planning on 4 or more weeks. Thanks
