I hand it up to management. They do a great job maintaining the entire facility. They even have a food truck that seems busy. They even have a motion-activated light that lets you know anytime someone's walking down the corridor at night. Easy to check in and check out.

Arrived a little early (maybe an hour before checkin) and was charged a fee.
The bathroom was outside which wasn't that big of a deal but the shower caused water to pool so when you went to the bathroom you had to walk through water. Drainage was an issue with the shower.

Good location. Like having own cottage. Staff was friendly. Easy check in and check out.
Listing said it slept 4 but the hideaway bed was not useable. The mattress was extremely lumpy and had no functional integrity. We had to run to Walgreens at 10pm the first night to but an inflatable mattress.
