Very unique property; we loved staying on a house boat. The waters were calm; so just a slight nudge once in awhile. The unit was pretty spacious and VERY CLEAN. The beds were comfy and AC kept us comfortable in the August heat. The toilet could be stinky at times, but just make sure you kept water in the bowl and toilet seat down. The kayaks were fun to zip around in and the seating for sunset was perfect!
Nothing- we loved it and will be back!

The property was clean and convenient to beaches.
The sofa was uncomfortable, I felt like the boats moorings weren’t correct. The ramp was tearing the siding of the boat up. Which was loud and very disconcerting.

Location, the cabin was nice
Mosquitos inside the cabin. We got bit during the night. They were very small ones. We bought spray to use next day.

Clean. Convenient location.
I originally booked a 2 bedroom bungalow cabin. There is no hotel office and keys are made available at check in via a mail box. Upon our arrival we seen that we were assigned a houseboat. If we had known in advance we would have made alternate reservation. Climbing on and iff a houseboat was not expected. In addition the bathroom on a boat was less than ideal. While the stay was fine this time , they should let you know the boat was a possibility at booking. Reading reviews shows that this has happened plenty of times before.
