Welcome to Paradise! This beautiful Marathon home on a deep water canal awaits your vacation. This home sleeps 8 people very comfortably. The large master bedroom has a newly renovated en suite bathroom with a stand up shower and a king sized bed. It also has a private balcony off of the bedroom. The guest room has a queen sized bed. There is a 3rd bedroom off the kitchen overlooking the water thay has a murphy bed. There is a queen sized sleeper sofa in the living room.
The backyard is equipped with a fish cleaning station, a large covered outdoor dining area, a grill, and 60 feet of dockage! The backyard is also fully fenced for your privacy and security. There are TV’s in the bedrooms and the living room, and WiFi throughout the home for your entertainment. This community has it’s own boat ramp for easy launch access. This vacation rental includes a Deep Freezer to store all of your bait, fish, and ice for the week. Enjoy watching parrotfish and lobster go by as you have your morning coffee by the water. The long extended driveway boasts plenty of room for your boat trailer or multiple cars. This beautiful home is minutes from tons of shops, restaurants, grocery stores, boat rentals, and more. We had a wonderful stay at the Yellowtail Escape! Two of the beds were very comfy. The master bed although comfortable, was so very bouncy and squeaked so much that it was a bit hard to stay asleep anytime your partner moved. Backyard was wonderful. Had everything we needed for a great week!

This house on the canal is in a perfect location. It is a great older quintessential Florida home on a clean waterway. The decor is perfect for a beachy trip. All three beds have soft mattresses. The kitchen is well equipped and there are beach chairs (very nice amenity) and bait freezer. The tiki hut is large and provides necessary shade to enjoy the canal and backyard. We did struggle with indoor ants daily. The property manager was receptive to the infestation. We would stay at this home again if the ants were controlled.

The Yellowtail property was great. Plenty of room, real clean, great outdoor area right on the water! Even had manatee visit several times!!!!

this property has a nice location and is on a canal. The house for the most part is good, but needs some repairs to make it better.
Found chairs on the deck that are busted. Shower in master bedroom is so slow it almost is useless. The back door is dragging hard and needs repair. Wash machine needs repairs as it keeps shutting down or not starting. Clients should be made aware that the Bugs No see ums are terrible and will really ruin your stay. Could use a better cleaning on fans and frig top.
