1st Level of the Home:
Indigo Reef Homes is laid out beautifully with a deck, fully equipped kitchen, living room, and dining plus a guest bath on the first level. The living room opens up to a large porch overlooking the Gulf of Mexico providing truly stunning sunset views.
2nd Level of the Home:
On the second level, the master suite is furnished with a king-size bed and ensuite master bathroom. Step out of the master bedroom and onto the second-story balcony overlooking the Gulf as well. There are two more bedrooms on the second level featuring a queen-sized bed and two twin-sized beds plus an additional guest bathroom. The laundry area is located upstairs as well.
PARKING
- NO TRAILERS of any kind are permitted on the Indigo Reef property.
BOATS & TRAILERS
- If you are bringing a boat & trailer you will want to make storage arrangements prior to arrival with one of the local companies.
- Your rental does include a boat slip with a maximum vessel length of 31'

This is a trailer storage option and located directly across the street from the Indigo Reef Community. Please call for pricing and make arrangements ahead of arrival.

This is a trailer park option with a vacant lot located at the end of 69th Street. Pricing is $100 per week or $200 per month.

This home has a maximum occupancy of 8 guests however we do have additional guest fees for parties over 6 in the amount of $15+ tax/night per each additional guest. This includes children and infants.
••• Rentals are Saturday - Saturday during Peak and Holiday season, 7-night minimum.
••• This home is pet friendly with a non-refundable pet fee of $250+ tax per pet, per week. We regret to inform that we cannot accommodate cats.
••• Special Reminder: This property has exterior video cameras.
••• The Indigo Reef HOA requires all vehicles and boats to be registered with their office in order to park on site. The current cost for vehicle parking passes are $10 per pass (maximum of 2 per villa), and $25 per boat pass. Please include your vehicle & boat counts when making the reservation. Guests are responsible to replace lost or damaged passes. Please reach out to our office if you need to make any adjustments to your pass requests.

"We visit the keys every year and this home was one of our favorites and perfect for our family. We especially loved all of the electronic upgrades in this home. We had a small issue with anb lock malfunctioning but the management was quick to respond and fix our issue. We'd love to stay here again!"

Beautiful place. Could use a few more bowls for cooking. Nice dishes. Great beach towels and guest towels. Nice out door furniture. And inside furniture.

Seriously a beautiful property, super clean, very friendly neighborhood, quiet, loved the boat dock!
We stayed in islamorada last year and felt that we liked it better due to more desirable/variety of restaurants and it’s cleaner overall compared to marathon. We also felt the unit was completely bare bones given the price. For example, I’ve never seen a tinier shampoo bottle in my life and you’re only given two dishwasher tabs. This is the first VRBO/resort in this price range that we felt they were stingy with these items, especially given the fact that you’re expected to complete a majority of the laundry and dishes upon departure. The security deposit is also extreme given the quality of the items in the unit, we felt we needed to run through everything in order to not get charged for things, I.e. the knobs in the bathroom were lose, a chair was broken, etc. ...just makes it feel less like a vacation and more on edge that you are going to get stiffed for something.
Overall, though, we loved the unit itself, it was very clean, and you can’t best cocoplum’s communication.

We just spent three weeks here. I cannot say enough good things about the property - and also the management company. The house was pristine, all set up for us. The view is perfect, simply perfect. And on the odd occasion where I had a question the management company was immediately responsive. TINY SUGGESTIONS: There are a couple of things they could do to go from 5 starts to 10, primarily in the kitchen. When we got there, there were not enough pans, and the management company amazingly brought new ones. But none of them are great. It would take about a 200 dollar investment to make cooking there a total pleasure. Similarly, there were zero spices, salt, pepper etc. so we had to buy all of it, which we then left. All in all a TON of great things are done and are there, but those few adjustments would take it over the top. And in fact it was a WONDERFUL stay. I honestly didn't even want to write this so that other people wouldn't book it up every week - but it's the truth. Thanks for the great home for our escape from freezing temps!
