This spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bath home in Marathon comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests and is designed for both relaxation and adventure. Step onto the wrap around porch and covered balcony, complete with ceiling fans and pull down shade, and take in the tranquil water views. A heated and chilled pool invites you to unwind after a day on the water. There’s 30’ of private dockage on a clear, flow through canal that’s perfect for fishing, snorkeling or a quick paddle in the included double kayak. Afterward, clean your catch at the fish cleaning station, fire up the gas grill, or hop on the bicycles for a ride around the neighborhood. Inside the home features a master suite with a king bed, flat screen tv, a spa like bath including a bidet. The other guest bedrooms include a queen bed and a room with two twin beds. The granite kitchen is fully equipped to entertain.

Yellowtail is an amazing home! Clean, spacious and perfect location to everything. Mornings were so peaceful on the porch drinking our coffee. My boys loved the pool and my oldest enjoyed being able to fish right from the dock! The owners, Michelle and Larry are great hosts and so accommodating. The one thing I would like to have had available is a stick vacuum or small hand vacuum to be able to get the daily dirt and hair cleaned up. But, other than that, having all cleaning and laundry products already there was such a big plus! As well as condiments in the fridge and some dry spices in the cupboard. Definitely nice not to have to buy those items. We would definitely LOVE to stay here again!Kerri B.

This house is beautiful and has a great view. The pool was perfect. It was exactly as listed and very clean.

Michelle is a great host! She took care of all of our needs and answered any questions we had in a timely manner. House is in a great location with a private pool and dockage for the boat. We seen lots of fish and even a manatee swim by one day. Our family loves Marathon!
