About this house rental
Our newly renovated property is centrally located:
Broadway: 31 miles
Franklin: 11 miles
Leipers Fork: 14 miles
Nearest Coffee Shop: 1 and 1/2 miles.
Features to note:
* All three bedrooms are upstairs. Primary has a king bed and ensuite bathroom. Second room has a queen and third bedroom has two singles.
* There is a Smart T.V. in each room and one in the living room.
* Back deck
* Fire pit
* Fully fenced backyard.
* Guest house is a separate rental.
All three rooms are upstairs. As you walk up the stairs the primary bedroom is on your right with a king bed, a desk and ensuite bathroom.
There is a full bathroom directly at the top of the stairs. Both guest bedrooms are across from each other to the left of the stairs. One of the bedrooms has a queen bed and the other bedroom has two single beds.
There is a guest house that is also a short term rental if you are interested in renting it if you need to sleep two more. Both units are completely separate.
A $300 security deposit will be charged to your card by Ghossein Getaways two days before checkout. This amount will be automatically refunded within three days after your departure, provided there are no damages or issues.
QUIET HOURS. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM each night and continue until sunrise. Quiet hours consist of no loud music and keeping all audio at a minimum level out of respect for the surrounding residents.
OCCUPANTS. The total number of individuals staying on the Premises should not exceed 6. If more than the authorized number of guests listed above are found on the Premises, this Agreement will be subject to termination by the Host. Please let us know in advance if you plan to have any visitors at the property.
LONG STAYS: More the two weeks we charge an additional $50 every two weeks. Example 14 nights = $50 extra cleaning fee. 28 nights or more = extra $100 and so on.
Extra Charges: A $50 extra cleaning fee will be added if confetti or glitter is used for a party and requires extra cleaning. Pet: If you bring a pet and there is excessive pet hair on the furniture and in the bedrooms an additional cleaning cost may be incurred.
SMOKING POLICY. Smoking on the Premises is prohibited. Guests will be charged the $850 (yes its a lot, but this is the cheapest option we can find) it costs to get a company to come and get rid of the smell of smoke if our cleaner can not get rid of it.

It felt very homey and had everything we need. We loved the garden and the friendly nature of the host . We even stayed an extra day and that was also very easy

The place was perfect for us. Clean and very cute. Almost like a beach cottage. It was a great location and suited our needs perfectly. I think the only thing missing was some firewood for the fire pit and when they cut the grass, they didn't pick up the clippings so we tracked those in the house, but the house itself was just great. I would definitely stay here again!

This home is wonderful! Just as pictured and explained in the details section. Beautiful decor, spacious living /dining rooms, and very clean. The beds are super comfortable, bathrooms are roomy and well lit. Loved the covered front porch seating as well as the fire pit in the back yard. Neighborhood is very safe and quiet.
Didn’t cook, but the kitchen has everything you’d need to do so. House is also equipped with basic supplies such as towels, dish soap, paper towels, and toilet paper. The owner really thought of their guests needs.
Communication with the owner is outstanding and speedy. We’ll definitely be back!
