About this farm stay rental
This historic farm house on 5 acres is located in the quaint and picturesque town of Thompson’s Station, TN, Williamson County (where many country stars also reside). It is located 10 mins from the City of Franklin, 5 mins drive from FirstBank Amphitheater/ Graystone Quarry wedding venue and 30 minutes from Nashville, TN. Conveniently located with easy access to I-65 and 840.
This 2200 sq Ft home is fully furnished with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths on the first floor and a 4th hideaway daybed/twin sized bed on a 2nd floor. (3 queen sized beds downstairs and one twin bed upstairs). It sleeps 7 people comfortably. Large pool is open in the summer. (Usually May thru mid September subject to weather). Pool is not heated.
No pets of any kind permitted, no exceptions, no smoking and no large party event or gatherings permitted on the property.

We had a wonderful stay! The host was so kind, informative and personable! The house was immaculate, the property was so Beautiful and the pool was the highlight of our trip! Very convenient to Franklin and Nashville. We are looking forward to staying each year for our annual trip to visit local family. I can’t say enough about how amazing this place and host is!!! Perfection!!!

Our family of 5 (ages 12, 8, & 6) had such a nice, peaceful trip at this beautiful farmhouse. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool very much-and the house was stocked with everything we needed! Thank you so much! I would definitely recommend this house to anyone who is in this area!
