About this house rental
Watch the sunset from the spacious front porch with plenty of lounging space. Discover the perfect blend of comfort and convenience in this inviting 3 br home away from home.
The property offers a warm & inviting atmosphere, making it an ideal place to create memories with your loved ones. From cozy evenings indoors to fun-filled days in the backyard, this home provides the perfect setting for family and friends. There are 4 sitting areas on the wrap around porch, including an eating area.
Quality bedding and comfortable furniture maximize guests’ enjoyment.
Each of the three bedrooms has been thoughtfully designed with your comfort in mind. Offering a peaceful retreat at the end of the day. The remaining bedrooms feature comfortable accommodations and ample storage space, ensuring a restful night's sleep for all guests.
You have access and private use of the entire property, including front and back yard and patio areas.
I am available by phone call or text whenever I am needed. Please feel free to call me with anything you need or any questions you may have.

Each principal renter must be 21 years of age.
There may be laundry in the dryer. This is because the housekeeper works to get the unit ready as soon as possible for your potential early arrival. If you need to use the dryer, simply take the pile of clean laundry and set it to the side. There is no reason for you to fold the laundry. Please don't use towels or sheets that are left in the dryer. There will be plenty available to you for your use during your stay.
$300 per month utilities are collected in advance separate from the reservation for any stays 30 days or longer. This covers high-speed internet, water and sewer, trash, electric, and gas. This money is collected by the host through the Airbnb app before your reservation begins.
Please be advised that maintenance will do routine lawn care (mowing, weed eating, insect treatments, etc.) and may be scheduled at any time during your stay. We will not call and tell you they are coming. They will never need to enter the house.
This house sleeps 6 comfortably. We have 2 twin size air mattresses for additional guests.
Please note that there is a designated recycling trash can on the property. It is crucial to only place recyclable items in this bin. Placing regular trash in the recycling bin will result in the trash not being picked up and may incur additional costs for the owner.
Any misuse of the recycling bin will be considered a violation of the checkout instructions and may result in extra charges being filed against your reservation.
Early/Late Checkout and Early/late bags drop off is available for request upon availability for only $50.

Property in a very convenient spot in Spring Hill and will get better as city center is completed and expanded. Inside was clean and as pictured. Roomy open wrap around porch as well as enclosed porch was nice. We would definately stay there again.

This property was absolutely everything we needed and more. The house is beautiful with lots of room. Everything was just as pictured online. The communication was outstanding. We can't say enough good things about this property. We will book again when in this area.
