The location was great. Helen was nice but the fact there was no elevator was a big issue. But we dealt with it. She said we could cancel and find another place but we booked this months ago and did not want to hassle with that. We are on vacation
Smokers on the patio and no elevator Helen did put us on the second floor but it also cost us more money. I booked in booking.com but then Helen asked us to cancel our stay and pay her directly as we did it is a nice place if you want to climb stairs.
