Extremely kind staff. Very comfortable stay and a great location. Close enough to old town attractions but far enough away so it's quiet. Great value.

Limited power on final morning due to construction work which meant no AC. But this was outside of hosts control as power cuts had been arranged all over the city due to extreme heat damaging wires.

Everything about this homestay was simply amazing. The rooms were clean and had very comfortable beds. The staff, including Helen, were incredibly friendly and helpful. She never hesitated to assist and help us with anything we needed. We truly enjoyed our stay and cannot recommend it enough. The location was also excellent-everything was nearby, including the old town and the river.

I had the pleasure of staying with Helen for three nights. I wish it was more! From the quiet location away from the nightclubs, to the room with both A/C and a fan, and the excellent shower, the whole stay was perfect. Helen speaks great English and was a valuable resource for info on restaurants, where to shop (not the night market), and what prices are reasonable. Her friendly family and their “hello”s added to the experience. I will definitely be back to Hoi An, and plan to stay with Helen again. Five stars!
