quiet and peaceful place. very clean, has everything you need. not expensive, well-placed for the city and the old town. the owner's were very welcoming, nice and very helpful (we had an issue with a motorbike and they helped us all morning). I definitely recommend this place!

there were some small ants in the room but nothing too bad...

The owner was kind and helpful. She suggested routes to the mountains and nearby attractions. I was on a scooter and she let me know how long it would take and how difficult the roads were. She suggested that I switch the order in which I was traveling and her advice saved me a lot of time.

The only thing I did not like was that I had to leave. I was sad to go and wished that my stay was longer.

A fantastic place to stay! We had such a wonderful experience that we kept coming back. The homestay was exceptionally clean, and the location was ideal—only a few minutes from the Old Town but away from the noise. The family was incredibly warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home. Helen was always available, very friendly, and helped us with everything we needed, from arranging scooters and taxis to giving us helpful local advice. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Hoi An.

We loved staying here and actually came back more than once because it was so great! The room was very clean, the location was excellent, and it was close enough to walk to the Old Town while still being quiet and relaxing. The whole family was so welcoming and friendly. Helen was amazing—always quick to respond and happy to help us with scooter rental, taxis, and anything else we needed. We couldn’t have asked for better hosts. Highly recommended!
